Brake Disc Lathe - Disc Skimming

Brake disc skimming can be a very cost effective way of making your discs last longer. Our brake disc lathe will resurface both sides of the disc without the disc needing to be taken off the car.

Skimming the brake discs will

  • Remove rusty surface
  • Match old discs to new pads reducing the bedding in time
  • Remove brake judder
  • Machine out disc warp


    • As long as the discs are within the manufacture’s limits, they can be resurfaced. For details of manufactures recomendations click here
